    Rice is rather timid.

He has to be more aggressive to win tonight.

I disagree, a natural brawler is far more game than a natural outboxer. Washington struggled because he was given the gameplan to fight an unnatural fight for his skills. He's a decent enough fighter because he was able to outthink Helenius who is a respectable opponent in my opinion. I mean we can agree to disagree but I don't think there was anything natural about his lack of stamina, it was engineered by Ali and his corner didn't have the intelligence to prevent it or counter it. Imagine telling your fighter who has a decent jab to hold ground and punch back and push back Ali who has never in his career been pushed back!? It's foolish and another example of a corner killing a fighter. Price vs Hammer is the closest thing I can think of to that with the corner doing all the work for the opponent.

    Round 1 Rice 10-9
    Round 2 Coffie 10-9
    Round 3 Rice 10-9

Rice got his right on track, still too cautious, but better.

    Round 1 - 10-9 Rice
    Round 2 - 10-9 Coffie
    Round 3 - 10-9 Rice Close

    29-28 Rice

Some punches meant to hurt were finally thrown by both fighters but not many of them landed cleanly.

I'm loving how Rice is dictating the pace. Coffie want's to explode and increase it but Rice is doing the intangibles to slow it down. Old Manning at it's best.
