Last three polls were pretty conclusive . 90% for Leonard 10% for Fluid. As conclusive as THE floored thread.

Leonard wins however he wants to, but I picked via UD. Floyd can't outbox Leonard or hurt him so he stands no chance.

If Leonard is struggling to box with him he will switch to aggressive pressure tactics. Leonard wins.

 

Its not that. Floyd is a great (the best of his generation) - I've just always thought Leonard would be a stylistic nightmare for him (along with Hearns & Norris). I just can't see a why he wins or is a tough fight for Leonard - unless Leonard fights with a wrong gameplan.

I got SRL naturally bigger man that is supremely skilled as well.

 

At Welterweight it's more competitive than many think, SRL takes it 7 times out of 10 and Mayweather wins a close decision here or there, perhaps a draw in the other 3. Mayweather can win some rounds via impeccable defense and accurate pot shots, hit and move, but he's really up against a similarly talented fighter with physical advantages. I don't see a SRL knockout at 147, Mayweather's smart enough to avoid that most of the time. At 154 I really only give Mayweather a chance if SRL has a stinker or starts really slowly, he'd probably lose 9-3 or something like that, pretty much every time. 160+ can't happen, Mayweather would be too undersized, he was at his absolute limit fighting at 154.

The weights for these guys don't overlap enough so we're not really comparing them as PFP fighters here. Duran is the more interesting comparison with Mayweather.

I think it's closer to Leonard-Benitez than Leonard-Mayweather Sr.

Take away the two knockdowns and the last second stoppage and you get an idea of how the fight would have gone. Leonard by competitive but uncontroversial UD.
