I never mentioned Lopez or Loma. You did. You've just smoked so much cheap crack that your ability to recall has fizzled.

Floyd was much closer to his prime than Canelo. Canelo still drew with him on one judges scorecard.

I knew you were going to throw the human punching bag in the conversation lol. If Canelo couldn't do anything with Mayweather, how would Margarita who was a 1,000 times lesser talent than Canelo be able to not get outclass in the same way?

Why are you accusing a respected poster of having ‘smoked so much cheap crack’? He doesn’t need me to defend him but that’s uncalled for isn’t it?

No he wasn't dumbass in a boxing match or any sport you would rather be 23 than 36 going in. No fighter is prime at 36 or even close to it. What will loma look like at 36? Do you think he will be close to his prime at that age? Of course he won't be.

I'm bringing up loma because there's alot of overzealous loma fanboys like you who talk **** about pbf beating a inexperienced/green Canelo but never said a word about Lopez being inexperienced/green going into their fight it just shows your double standards and hypocrisy. If you can't see it then too bad.

Lastly who gives a damn about one judge scoring it a draw you know goddamn well pbf won that fight wide it wasn't close and didn't warrant a rematch Canelo got dominated. The very fact you would bring that up shows your irrational hate for pbf and that you will say anything to promote your agenda and it doesn't help your point one bit. It only proves you're a bitter hater.

    A

Right. 36 years old and fighting at what weight class?
Lets not forget he started at jr.lightweight.
So Canelo who was 23 a world champion is all the sudden closer to his prime at what 33 years of age?
Come on man. Canelo had been in with world class boxers before his fight with Mayweather.
Mayweather looked sharp because he exposed Canelo and he did it very easily. Maidana gave him a much harder fight then Canelo did.
Canelo shot his mouth off and challenged Mayweather. Everybody got on board for the changing of the guard which never happened.
And now all the sudden CANELO was too green. He wasn't ready.
Mayweather is the greatest boxer he ever faced and lets keep it real he got spanked.

Talk about fanboys. Now here you are spouting BS like that while you're the biggest Floyd asskisser on this board! So don't try and pull that **** on me ya hyopcrite. And you interjected Loma Lopez for no damn rational reason. I stated facts and my belief with repect to them. Don't like it then don't read it. It's obviously unhealthy for you. Also, I never said Floyd wasn't a great fighter, just that he cherrypicked a young Canelo. And by saying that you created some bizarre response about Loma Lopez. Weird shyte there.

Canelo never "called out" Floyd lol you're making this up. In 2011 Canelo was asked in an interview about fighting Floyd and he expressed interest in fighting him, that's not calling him out.

Floyd said himself that he sought out Canelo because Showtime wasn't happy with his numbers vs Guerrero. After signing Floyd to such a big contract, Showtime was expecting to do bigger numbers than he did vs Guerrero and Floyd said to Showtime that he knew he could do better number if he fought an undefeated Mexican like Canelo, so that's why he fought Canelo. I wouldn't call it a cherry pick, as Canelo was undefeated with a lot of experience for his young age, but Floyd definitely needed Canelo more than Canelo needed Floyd. Floyd was only able to do the kind of numbers that satisfied Showtime by fighting Canelo and bringing in the Mexican fanbase.

No one expected it to be a passing of the torch fight. Mayweather was heavily favored to win. He was #1 P4P and still in his prime, while Canelo was still developing as a fighter and was hampered with a weight restriction.

We've been over this before Pimp, I'm not arguing that Floyd was at his physical peak at 36, obviously he was past his physical peak by then, but in terms of his mental preparation, his experience, his strategy, and his condition, he was not yet faded. The first time he started to look faded and old was against Maidana.

Do you not realize that canelo called for the fight not pbf? Pbf was ripe for the picking he had peaked he was 36 faded and on his way down and out. You just dont understand who cherry picked who here. Like I said earlier, which you ignored you would rather be 23 than 36 in boxing or any other sport. Sound logic like that doesn't work with you. You will try to convince us all that pbf was still basically prime and canelo had no experience despite having over 40 pro fights being unified and p4p top 10 ranked going into the fight. You have also tried to say one of the most ridiculous things I've heard in that Lopez was better and more experienced when he fought loma than canelo was when he fought pbf. There's a reason why you want me to shut up about Loma and Lopez and it's because your argument is one of the dumbest ever brought forth here and it exposes you as a hypocrite. So no I won't let you off the hook for making such a ridiculous claim.
