If Greg came in motivated and trained, and his father was alive, I think Ali could be in for a long night. Around a 1% chance though.

Even as a James Toney fangirl, I see absolutely no way for him to beat prime Ali, unless he brings a baseball bat or a gun.

This is gonna sound like a troll post, but I'm being serious.

    Tyson Fury.

He's enormously bigger, can take a large amount of punishment to the body, and has a huge gas tank. His reach is absurdly long, and on top of that, he's very agile, and deceptively fast for his size. By leveraging his reach and size, he would be a nightmare matchup for Ali. Against George Foreman though, he'd be significantly less potent, due to Foreman's significantly greater power and durability.

The suggestion that we should ignore Tyson's loss to Douglas because he was having lots of sex and partying is a suggestion I see a lot by his apologists. I don't want to knock Tyson because he seems to have turned his life around and i have friends who have met him and he treated them with nothing but respect. If he was doing hard drugs in the run up to the fight he was an idiot. I don't consider weed a hard drug. I don't think anybody, especially an athlete should be doing coke. I know SRL did coke but I don't think he was crazy enough to do it while training. As to the question pressure fighters are Ali and any other boxers kryptonite. Swarmers are Foreman's and any other sluggers desert. Boxers don't like to be crowded and Sluggers like pressure fighters coming right at him.

Tyson had an ugly everything, and that's why he was so dangerous. His right hook, right uppercut, and right cross were just as ugly as that left hook.

He sure did! I mention that hook because Ali was vulnerable to the hook.
