Starting to get a bit up for this fight tbh. Both seen better days. But cant help but think khans picked him at the right time...after hearing through the grapevine it is the right time ala bellew v haye. Pretty sure brook had alcohol problems after spence he seemed to go missing for a while from the gym etc and not looking great atm.
I’d be up for this fight if brook hadn’t gone wobbly after the first punch Crawford landed. khan should win this comfortably and I’m a brook fan
Brook is shot to bits but think many are forgetting Khan not really been in a proper training camp or fight in how long 2 half years at least ? Case of who is more finished. Dont see it going distance ether way
Speaking of which, we never got to see the Barrel Miller Vs Joshua episode. I wonder if they haven't shown it because Miller predicted Joshua would get knocked down four times off a fatty, or that he'd give up in the 7th round, but pretend to be shocked when looking at the referee. Khan v Brook is a cash grab, they probably ring each other before bed each night to talk about what they'll spend their loot on.
That's the way I see. Brook used to have great timing but that seem to have left him and he's never moved his head much. So a guy who's still got his speed should get the punch to target more often than not....Khan isn't a puncher but Kell was dropped by a jab so it's probably a question of who lands first and then glass all over the place. People call Khan thick - and he's not the sharpest speaker out there but he was a world champion in some big fights and now in what should be his last fight he's found a grudge match against an old rival to hype up and tickets sold in no time. He's taken some good advice somewhere along the line and had the sense to stick to it. Anyway surely these too have beefed at each other enough for years. We don't need 20 mins dedicated to it again of excuses and you got "KO'd Alvarez"..."you got stopped by GGG" !yeah "but was on ma feet tho innit"
From the vids posted online it looks like brook is looking at taking the Peterson approach and is looking to maul khan prob his best approach tbh
Can’t read too much in to the clips but everyone I saw of Brook sparring he was getting tagged. The only interesting point is the fact they are both shot to sh*t it’s hard to pick a winner. At that weight I favour Khan though.
I definitely favour Khan even before the weight handicap. Brook is utterly shot, whereas Khan is merely shot.
