Prime Louis Versus Lewis

Louis would land a lot of jabs, Bruno and Mercer landed a lot of jabs on Lewis, however Lewis`s size and reach probably would have been too much.

 

It’s anybody’s fight. If Lennox fights cautiously he might win. But if he lets his size advantage go to his head and Joe Louis gets on the inside and starts teeing off with combinations he could get knocked out.

 

Joe at his best was the most powerful combination thrower in heavy history. Lewis will try to muscle him around but Louis connects and finishes him in 6.

 

I wouldn't bet too much money on either man. Both have the punching power and skillset to lay the other out cold.

 

Both are very similar in certain ways.

based on styles though I favor Joe. Joe was better at getting you hurt and getting you out.
Even if Lennox weighs 35-45 pounds more.

 

There's actually a good chance that LL wins this early. If he comes out with the destructive mind set he had against Golota and Grant, then we could be seeing Joe in trouble. Remember Joe went down against Braddock and Walcott early in the fight. If Lennox hurts him then it's a rough ride for the Bomber.

 

Trying to end it early is arguably the most dangerous strategy for Lewis.

That is going to simplify things somewhat for the bomber.

 

Maybe, maybe not. He didn't destroy Galento fast even tho Tony was right there bombing away.
Lewis had more tnt in his gloves than most that Joe faced.

 

I think that Galento gave Louis trouble by making himself smaller to be honest.

I would definitely advise Lewis to make Louis come to him.

the style would favor lennox how would it be joe who was a tiptoer stiff and basic you need to watch matches more sound like a idiot

 

Two big punchers with questionable chins and great technical skills. I wouldn't want to bet on the outcome either way. Basically, anything could happen. (Note: unless we are talking pre-Steward Lewis, in which case I place a large sum on Louis)

All I know is I wish I had a time machine to make this fight happen.

 

wrong anything couldnt happen but joe losing what can he do he is way outmatched in movement and skill he has no way to land or stop from being hit your trolling

and lennox was tough he was the who fought mutiple big punchers and never was in danger in early rounds or dropped by hard shots while joe was not only hurt but dropped by people who never would hurt let alone drop lennox maybe you need to watch agian legend
