Men are fickle trust in God that’s why the faultless Saint Preem guides our way.

If he was as good as a big man could be that night then you'd pick him over pretty much anyone using that logic .. while I disagree , where was this guy against Tucker and Holyfield ?

It was for one fight. His mother dying put him on a higher level than any other fight before or after. He had reached the top by winning the title against Tyson and no longer had the fire.

It was a case of a flawed fighter, putting it all together on one day, and getting the biggest upset in boxing history.

Louis would get chinned by any decent HW contender. Even David Haye would shatter all that Detroit glass.

Schmeling would not beat a decent HW contended even once out of 20 times. Louis went 1-1 with him.
The Baers and Carnera would not be fit to fight against half-skilled amateurs. His era was garbage.

Blah, blah, blah .. we all know that story .. in reality he was a mentally weak fighter that fought his best fight against a disinterested, unfocused Tyson's worst and won his spot in history .. that said right before that he fell apart vs Tucker and there Holyfield fight right after was a disgrace .. A fight against a prime Holmes is a completely different matchup style wise .. Holmes was faster, had a much sharper jab and most importantly so much tougher mentally and physically .. I see him dicing Buster up and Buster folding ..

Do you consider Moore an all time great heavyweight?

Contrary to what all boxing historians have to say, sure Iḿ sure you know better than them.

I'm starting to see an agenda with who this gentleman chooses to elevate and who he chooses to denigrate.

Tbh I doubt they'd beat Patterson, let alone Liston.
