Well Ginger managed 4 fights in the pandemic so that one doesn't hold water..
Fury took the time off as his choice after getting busted for PEDS. so not exactly like Ali in that regard.

Since January 2020, Usyk, AJ, Fury and Whyte have all only fought twice.

They all could have fought more though if they wanted. Most of them are greedy and risk averse apart from Usyk.

SSShhh! Don't say that it weakens my statement.
Although if we're being frankly honest all those fights at Super Middle looked shady. as was the fight with Krusher.
I mean the last fight with Plant asking how he's doing is not something that would happen in a normal fight. I mean smack talk yes fishing for compliments no.

My point is I don't see why it's reasonable to single Fury out for the same thing that literally every other top heavyweight has done...

I'm not singling him out. I just said most of the heavies are risk averse which is true if we go of resume.
I've followed Fury from the start but that doesn't mean that he is above critique. In fact I probably complain about Fury the most because he has the potential and I don't want him to waste it. It isn't personal it's merely an observation.

I agree that it's frustrating that the current day heavyweights have not been more active.

I agree 100%. And why the **** did Plnt say that? From watching his interviews what he said is completely out of character. Yeah Plant seems pretty stupid, but that was just unusual.. I literally can't see anyone for real saying that..only in some cringe anime. Its almost as if he was asked to say something in the ring (you know how Ali said to Foreman "that all you got George") to make it seem like some cool moment but instead it just comes off ridiculous af. When I saw that real time I legit laughed not at the fact Plant lowered himself but by how much of circus show Clenelos fgihts are

Well considering he's ducked AJ twice and Whyte before.

I still think Fury will price himself out of potential fights against AJ, Whyte and Usky and 3nd up fighting another non quality opponent again in either Gelenius and Charr as Arum stated.
