    These guys are all idiots.

    You don't pay a number-four contender with a rematch clause a step-aside fee.

    You say "activate your rematch clause and we'll fight" or "don't activate it and be on your way."

    Joshua isn't a mandatory. Joshua doesn't have any belts. Joshua is a mid-range contender in three orgs and not rated at all in another. All Joshua has is a rematch clause with Usyk.

    Activate it or don't.

    If you activate it, you're fighting Usyk. If you don't, you aren't.

    DONE.

    Nobody has to pay Joshua anything. Nobody has to agree to fight Joshua later in the year.

    Whyte is the only guy who needs a step-aside fee if someone wanted to pay him. Fury has to fight Whyte. Whyte is a mandatory.

    If they pay Whyte a step-aside fee, then the winner of a Fury-Usyk fight has to fight WHYTE, not Joshua. Because Whyte is a mandatory.

    You clearly don’t understand the Laws of Contract nor do you have sight of or understanding of the terms of the rematch clause agreed and it’s contingent liabilities. What you have uttered is the type of thing that gets people to lose fortunes.
