Twentieth of March in Russia. WBO international super welterweight title at stake, 1st defense of Kurbanov. This was originally scheduled for December 11th but got postponed due to Kurbanov not being medically cleared. The incumbent currently is ranked #2 by the WBO and the Brazilian southpaw #4 (coming off a failed bid for their world title).
I think Teixeira will give him everything he can handle, possibly even do enough to win outright, stylistically they're made for one another. Kurbanov is cagey but still aggressive enough on the front foot, to do just enough to nick many rounds, while Teixeira is slippery enough and has a solid enough backfoot game to possibly nick several. So what I'm basically saying is, neither dominate the other, it'll be close, which means Kurbanov will win on points whether deservedly or not.
What you're really making a persuasive case for is a cheeky punt on the draw. Especially at the usual 25/1 kind of prices.
