Idk ...why are you asking me?
I guess if he tested positive for a banned substance that would put him in the same boat as Canelo, Fury, Franz Botha, povetkin and countless others

I think what you meant to say was, "I guess if he tested positive for a banned substance again...". For you see, Dillian Whyte tested positive for the banned Methylhexaneamine (MHA) in 2012 and was hit with a two year ban by UK Anti Doping.

I know why Wig is asking you that particular question.

The resident Whyte Stan Aydamn cops a long overdue ban, and you join the forum less than 24 hours later.

    Very curious timing.

    Very curious timing indeed.

    P.S: Hello Aydamn. ;)

It's obvious that you and Aydamn are one and the same.

All in the timing, you deluded fool.

    What an utterly weak riposte.

Tell me more about the time you had planned to go to Chicago in order to watch Usyk vs Spong.

Trust me it's not Aydamn. Most people don't know that Aydamn is a recognized DJ. He does this Dillian Whyte thing as a bit of a laugh really. Haven't seen him for quite some time now I use to go down to his Sets a couple of years ago regularly.

Convicted drug cheats often do get a lot of attention. Although when I got involved in this thread a while back it seemed to be as much about Joshua as Whyte.

Whyte being found with steroids in his system in 2019 was particularly interesting as well. It started out the same as every other time a boxer fails a drugs test - claiming innocence and saying only 'trace amounts' were found. Usually the next stage involves a reason / excuse for the trace amounts being there, and that's usually the entertaining bit that gets a lot of press e.g. blaming Mexican beef, wild boar meat, nasal spray etc..

With Whyte they didn't offer any explanation of how the drugs got into his system, they just had the most generic statement from UKAD saying his sample was likely contaminated and he was cleared. Then a hysterical Tony Bellew was released to screech everywhere saying Whyte did no wrong etc. And that was that in the mainstream press - the genius was in its simplicity.

Now Looking like we will have Fury vs Whyte!

Credit to Fury for finally stepping up and fighting a quality opponent for first time since Wlad in 2015 (I thought he was going end up fighting Helenius or Charr).

Great news! Also when you consider Parker vs Ruiz in talks and Joyce to offered the IBF mandatory vs Hrgoivic next - the most talented 8 HWs all fighting each other is excellent news.

What makes you start to think now he's not fighting Helenius or Charr?

Could be usual Fury BS but I'm being optimistic.

Reading between the lines of what he’s done on social media last 24h, the step aside thing fizzled out and he’ll be fighting Whyte.

Hopefully it’s a UK stadium fight too, would be ridiculous if in the US or Dubai.

Whyte is a bum and I won't give Fury much credit for beating him.
But he's highly rated by some, he's a decent acceptable challenger on paper.

If Fury struggles much with Whyte, he ought to retire.
Whyte is really a British level operator, not world level.
He is a decent tune up though, I guess.
