You can rate is as you want but do explain why you feel that way. Drop as many as you like of course.

Lionel Rose vs Fighting Harada is the zenith of the prodigy wins could anyone find one more impressive by such a youngling?

The night Sugar Ray Robinson won back the middleweight title at 35 years old against Bobo Olson after being off for over 2 years. He became a dancer. Before that they never came back. Champions didn't comeback and regain their crowns after significant time away from the ring especially at age 35 with 100 on the odometer. Robinson was a pioneer in that way too. It couldn't be done until he did it.

I will go with George Foreman winning the IBF and WBA heavyweight straps at the age of 45, more than 20 years after losing the belt to Muhammad Ali.

For HWs either Frazier over Ali (FOTC and Frazier’s true claim to the title after all the trash talking Ali did), Ali over Liston/Foreman (Ali overcoming all odds) or Douglas over Tyson (greatest upset).

Outside of that Duran over Leonard (Leonard beaten in his prime and made Duran as a P4P ATG)

In general there are way too many "excellent little guy vs good big guy" fights to avoid the cost of staging excellent little guy vs excellent little guy fights, but a couple spring to mind:

    Pacquiao vs Thurman
    Duran vs Barkley

I'm not saying either is the best ever but they stand out in my mind.

One fight stuck out to me but I can never recall the full story or details but Kid Gav our very own Cuban Hawk lost to a relative unknown who went on to do nothing, strange and extremely impressive. Who remembers this guy? I don’t.

Ruben Olivares crushing Lionel Rose would’ve been shocking. Olivares on paper didn’t have the credentials to be in the ring with Lionel, though he decimated the immensely talented Aussie all the same...

    Turpin v Robinson 1
Robinson had just stoped nearly all of Turpins best wins on his Europen tour prior to their fight and this guy comes out of the blue and convincingly beats Robinson.

I agree, it's this one or Zivic over Armstrong.

Based on the fact that Greb and Langford fought to lunatic schedules.

Lloyd Marshall's 1943 knockout of Charles is the HM though. Nobody else stopped Charles anywhere near his prime.

Lyold Marshall knocking out the GOAT in his prime is just outstanding work.

On the topic of Mr Marshall. His win over the just 3 year pro LaMotta, where do people rate this win? Jake was after all the 1# contender at MW through despite his young career he was good enough to beat Ray the thing is even before this forum Jake had a rep for bullying smaller men…

LaMotta was utterly handled by Marshall obviously Lloyd was an ATG but he was a guy who could match Jake’s usually generous size advantage.

I do believe LaMotta actually began boxing in the amateur league as a heavyweight if I’m remembering things right? Correct me if I’m wrong I am a-lot to be fair. Lol

I’ve never been keen on Jake is what I’m saying, A quote I read from Zivic was funny “You could throw a punch backwards and hit Jake” paraphrasing a little but what interests me is how much some guys (people he fought) go on about his deceptive defence, Mm…
