Matt Gordon from West Bromwich should really have his license pulled. It seems like a stiff breeze knocks him over and lacks any sort of durability or ability to survive when clipped

 

Certainly not 'the worst' given his power but Dave Price's hamster lungs have to be a part of the Worst Heavyweight conversation.

Nothing was funnier than watching him almost lie down in the corner after 2 rounds.

 

I'm still confused as to why he ALWAYS gassed out so early.

 

I don't think he handled the pressure of being "under the lights" all that well, especially after Tony Thompson.

I think the amount of nervous energy he burned pre-fight + the adrenaline dump once in there would cause him to start blowing early.

Real shame because inside the gym and away from the bright lights he was supposedly phenomenal...

He seemed to turn the corner with that during the Allen fight. He was a true nearly man in the sense you can't help but feel he could have achieved so much more but he always offered great value and British boxing is poorer for him retiring. Still achieved a lot though.

As for the worst, hard to say. Possibly Larry Olubamiwo but George Fox looked pretty bad in his last fight. Of course Soko is a tough nights work for anybody and a proper fighting man.

Of course I have seen many worse than him in the sense that he'd probably beat them, but for a boxer of his raw physical gifts and with Olympic gold amateur pedigree, can't imagine doing worse than him. On his best day he was domestic level. Most days he was not even that.
