Will probably be trying to get Macklin out of retirement next.

I agree with Eubank Jr. Matthew Macklin's scorecard was completely up in the air.

    Ye "supposedly"
He didn't link up with Booth until he'd pulled out of the fight and left Dom. He was still with Dom, the day he pulled out.

Weird fight. Ppl saying Eubank won easy are talking rubbish ( although on pts he did) he did play with williams for a few rounds But from rounds 5 to 12 .. williams mustve won 5 or 6 out of the 8 rounds and was landing plenty of right hands. Eubank didnt wanna risk going for it.

Did he really tho. Think eubank outpunched him in all but 2 rounds. One of them rounds williams landed only one punch more. Cant remember williams landing anything of note really. Apart from the knockdowns eubank the same. But when you factor in the knockdowns....and how easy eubank dealt with williams pressure...its a wide win for eubank. Agree it was a wierd fight tho...looked like eubank could have got him out of there no problem....and yet missed a lot of his punches when he tried to. And for all the talk after the fight from eubank about keeping him in there to punish him...he kind of didnt. Goaded and embarrased him a bit maybe. But didnt really punish him.

The weirdest thing to me is that some people claimed Saunders schooled Jr but also at the same time think this was a close fight.

That just shows how pathetic some people are

If you've bossed a fight and demonstrated technical superiority throughout the fight a bit of Ali, Jones, Loma etc. showboating is acceptable, only then, you've got to properly earn the moment.

I scored it like Macklin haha. He won far more rounds in that time. Even the rounds Eubank dropped him in he lost. Them knockdowns were nothing special either it was from crudeness from Williams allowing himself to be caught like that. If you get dropped off a jab it’s because your feet aren’t right end of.

I prefer quantity over quality but Eubank was literally doing nothing from 4 onwards. Williams couldn’t pin him down but almost every round he was landing clean shots. Eubank did well to ride them but he took plenty of right hands clean.

Eubank’s last knockdown wasn’t one either. Eubank’s bollocks about punishing him? How, by not throwing anything for rounds. Truth is he doesn’t trust his engine, I’m still telling you it’s a myth.

Anyone who doesn’t walk around the ring for 2 mins or more of every round in order to avoid engaging. So probably 99% of people. People have short memories, they’re saying this is happening since Roy Jones got hold of him. I remember him doing it against Eastern European nobodies in about 2013.
