Not sure about that at all. That girl was an undefeated world champion and she knew how to survive and take a shot.

Nothing here I disagree with except maybe the stoppage part. I can't stand the loudmouthed Predator looking ***** and can't wait to see her schooled, losing every second of every minute with a few rounds verging on 10-8 just because of how lopsided they are...but I've seen nary a hint of suggestion that she is sparkable outside an intergender match.

Savannah does have decent power (for a chick) and will be imposing a rare size disadvantage on Claressa, but for all her skill & precision she isn't exactly a one-punch lights-out hitter the way it seems you'd need to be to KO the she-beast cleanly. I'm not saying a stoppage couldn't be in the offing if things get one-sided enough, but it'll more closely resemble the Muzeya stoppage, with a ref just being like "okay, for the love of all that's holy that's enough".

 

Shields couldn't crack an egg. I've seen bigger punchers at my nan's old folks home.

Shields will run and hide all night but Savannah the warrior will find her and when she connects it's good night Clarissa.

 

Clarissa Shields is 2 times Olympic gold medalist and she has an unbeaten professional record. I don't see Marshall that successful.

Did you see the little row Shields had with Baumgardner on Twitter? She took exception to being called a featherfist by The Bomb. In reality, the super featherweight Baumgardner herself undoubtedly punches harder - straight-up, not p4p - than Shields.
