Twitter is reporting the second is a third Golovkin match

 

i like this and it hopefully leads to lots of other good fights getting made, or will they all just cruise another year hoping for the Canelo payday?

 

Forget the GGG fight. Unless it happens at SMW it's pointless. Let GGG fight Charlo.

Bivol & Benavidez/Beterbiev is a much better proposition.

He is the most sought after fight in boxing now, Boo Boo Andrade must cry himself to sleep not getting a shot at him yet.

 

Hearns got the height and reach but canelo is a much more accomplished boxer. Canelo by KO is my prediction.

Good,hope it's true.none of the pbc hypejobs deserve the canelo fight so all good.

 

If this is true then it can hopefully give DAZN a push in the right direction.

This is generally good news but not because Canelo vs Bivol is such an amazing fight but IMO mainly because of what it could and should lead to- some more movement in the LHW division.

With Canelo and Bivol tied up it should mean Beterbiev vs Joe Smith Jnr goes ahead, then Betertbiev who I'm confident wins that holds 3 of the 4 belts and Canelo fights him to unify the division. It's the whole point of him going to LHW really, and with Beterbiev ageing could be the right time. Very tough fight but I think if he gets past Bivol Canelo will gamble and take it.

In the mean time since neither of them will have any chance of fighting for a world title in that scenario domestically we should get Buatsi vs Richards by May, which is being negotiated and is not too far off being made.

I'm being greedy now, but just following the same logic it could also lead to Yarde vs Johnson being made as if they don't have any title fight options they may end up facing each other as it's the biggest money fight on offer.

 

It will definitely be PPV.

I just saw an interview with Eddie Hearn where he states that Usyk vs AJ II will also be PPV, but who will get the TV / Streaming rights ? My guess is Canelo on DAZN PPV and AJ on Sky Box Office.
