Why are you girls getting your knickers in such a twist? It's only one or two exhibition bouts, why not? To be honest, doing the training and routine of preparing for a fight will do him the world of good and give him something to aim for - we all need that. He's only 43 and the risk is so limited in these kind of fights. It's not like he's talking about fighting professionally again. Good on him I say.

Agreed. Never was a fan of Hatton. Awful style, tried to hard to be a commoner, was always unprofessional. Never did get the hype over him.

Meh i dont really get the criticism ? Its to have an exhibition against someone like Barrera ? If he says he wants to make a proper comeback then id be concerned. If a tv provider is prepared to pay him lots of money for what is probably less dangerous or comptetitive than a spar in the gym then I dont begrudge the man. I do get the point about his interviews and stuff on recent years i find him and his hanger ons sickly.
