Were I bivol I would be more worried about my feather punches rather than about my glass chin.

Canelo now cuts the ring like a god. I wonder how bivol will do to keep canelo away from him. Well, actually I know, he wont keep canelo away from him. And at this point, it doesnt matter if his jaw is a provodnikovian jaw or an amirkhanian one, he's done.

Bivol best chance is to stay off the ropes at any cost, being able to use then his reach advantage. How is he going to do that vs canelo? will he be able to do it without punching hard enough to make canelo think twice to walk him down?...

 

I see Canelo getting a decision against Bivol. A KO late can definitely be possible, but it will come from a body shot rather than one single shot or barrage of punches up top. Im excited for this fight for sure, its a big challenge for Canelo.

 

When has Bivol been tired?

 

Bivol doesn't show power because he's got the mindset to do enough to win and not take any extra risks.

Hopefully he knows that won't get it done against Canelo. The question is whether he is willing to go to war and risk a happy, healthy retirement for a chance at a truly spectacular win or if he's just there to cash out his chips and maybe do enough to get a rematch.

 

In most of his fights. If you compare the first and second half of his fights, you will notice that he is more active in first half, but in second half he slows down and gets hit a lot.
