Couldn't care less about childish window-dressing. Just fight.

It's good on the night. But it's not really apart of watching a fight retrospectively for me.

    I loved Tyson-Holyfield I.

Several good mentions here but I’ll add:

Hamed-Kelly — Naseem somersaults into the ring and Kelly steps over so he’s right in his face where he Naz bounces in. They got in each others’ faces several times throughout with people trying to break them up and they’d circle around and find each other. They’re actually starting down when Naseem is being introduced and when Buffer said ‘champion of the woooorrrrlld’ Naseem is saying ‘woooorrrrld’ along with him.

Dokes-Holyfield — This is from across the ring but when Dokes is introduced he’s pacing back and forth staring daggers into Holy, even changing from left to right he has eyes locked directly on Holy’s eyes.

The only one I can think of is Benitez-Leonard...and that was because of Wilfred's clever device of tilting his head back so it would appear that he was looking down at Leonard, who actually had a slight height advantage.

Rewatching it, I swear, the fight was won right there. Holyfield was the picture of extreme confidence, zero fear. Tyson looked like he was intimidated.

Charles Bronson when facing the 3 hired killers at the railway station , and his reply when the Jack Elam cowboy says " we didn't bring enough horses " only for Bronson to retort " wrong you bought 2 to many " good stuff. stay safe guys.

I was watching the fight on TV. When I saw the uncertain and fearful expression on Tyson's face during the instructions, I knew the fight was decided from that moment on.

I was thinking Billy Jack, when he tells that good ol’ boy, “I’m going to take this right foot, and I’m going to wop you right there on the side of your face. And you know something? There’s not a damn thing you’re going to be able to do about it.”

Tyson wouldn’t look him in the eye.

He was looking at his ear.

    lol

I never saw the look of fear on Mike's face before or since. Holyfield looked like Death that evening.
