yes, and most women cant deliver a damaging blow to a man at high speeds because putting leverage would cut down their speed. they punch for speed not for digging. its like shadow boxing vs throwing hurtful accurate combinations in a fight.
many factors affect woman speed from man speed in boxing. you mention positioning. it is much easier to achieve proper positioning when you know the threat cant 1 punch ko you, and when the punches arent powerful enough to knock your 140 lbs off center. the force that feels like a slap to a man, feels like you lost a couple of seconds in time to a woman. this is relative of course. if youre a noodle armed couch potato then the above applies to your nearsighted mother of 4. amanda nunes would eat you like a twinky. but we are talking top 5 in the world at their weight here.

She's really exceptional. I wonder how long I (34 years old, 6', 215 pounds, regular cyclist, interested in boxing fights, but never fought/trained myself) would last against her in the ring.

Savannah Marshalls should fight a straw weight, then a junior flyweight, then a flyweight, etc, until she loses. We could see how big the disadvantage with women and men really is, and better realize the severity of weight disadvantage.

 

Very good post, she does have a mans boxing technique, she would have to be the protype for female boxing. She's the first, the real groundbreaker. Shields can have all the business org belts she likes but she's an inferior product.
