Shameful - Faking an injury DURING the Crawford fight to get out of it without taking damage so he could preserve himself for future fights. An outright slap in the face to all the fans who paid to watch but especially the Brits who traveled stateside to support him (those plane tickets and hotels aren't cheap).
Now if Amir had faked an injury before the fight it wouldn't have been too bad but to do so during the fight was unforgivable and it's an incident that doesn't get talked about much as it should

Khan never was my favourite fighter, but those criticising him have not and could not emulate his achievements, i am sure he cries with every negative comment made about him.......all the way to the bank.

Amir Khan has a special talent for getting hit by flush punches. Seriously, I have never seen a top boxer open himself and get caught by monster shots the way he does. It's like some weird inverted defensive instinct. The guy had all the attributes and talent to become a well rounded and skilled Boxer, but his defence is so poor. Still, his performance as a teen against Kindelan was incredibly impressive.

Khan always had temendous natural talent. Problem was he had the ring IQ of a baked potato. Even the Kindelan performance at the Olympics was a horrible one. He literally threw away the gold medal after the first round. He fought to perfect fight in round 1, get off first, then move preventing the master counter puncher from doing what he does best. But then in round 2 he completely abandoned the tactic that had won him round 1 but being overly aggressive and standing his ground allowing Kindelan to counter him. I was fuming after that fight, that's when I realised Khan was a muppet a very talented muppet but still a muppet.

 

Isn't that the whole point in the social media/money fight era?

 

I'm sure the £10,000,000 in his bank account on Monday will make him feel better....

....and he'll laugh at the sad pathetic minimum wage workers who mocked him
