Amir Khan or Danny Jacobs -- who should get into the HOF

    If this past two weekend were their last fight, Danny Jacobs or Amir Khan, which one should get into the Hall of Fame?


    Both have given us their all.

    I think both have arguments to be in it. If I had to choose one, I'd choose Jacobs because he pushed GGG all the way and won 5 rounds against Canelo.

    It depends on one's criteria for the Hall of Fame though. In terms of legacy, Khan's is 100 times bigger. He was the flag-bearer for the resurgence of boxing in the UK.

    Both failed at the top level and never avenged their defeats.

    Jacobs never got the rematches he deserved against Pirog, GGG and Canelo. I thought he edged GGG.

    Jacobs has been a class act and overcame cancer so I wouldn’t mind seeing him inducted. Khan on the other hand is known for images of his undersized ***** circulating online and publicly accusing Anthony Joshua of having sec with his wife.

    I would say neither. but looking at who's been inducted already then you could perhaps argue for both.
    Khan had a far bigger following but took losses from fairly early on in has career that were never avenged. Jacobs although a decent fella I don't think you can get put in because he didn't get blown out by the top guys of his era. otherwise you would have to put people like Bert Cooper in for giving Holy a good scrap.

    At their best, both were B level fighters with Khan being a B+ under roach. Although Khan has the better resume of the two, both didn't achieve anything close to making it to the HOF.

    Well jacobs gave ggg his first toughest fight and contreversial win. So maybe he can go in off of that.

    He lost to both and I seem to recall Khan winning 5 rounds from Canelo too despite being a natural Welterweight, why not put Ray Mercer in the HOF as well for having close fights with prime versions of Lewis and Holyfield. :lol:

    He didn`t deserve a rematch vCanelo, he got out-classed, the fight wouldn`t have sold well at all.
