It ain’t over til the fat lady sings. Either one of these fighters can come up with excuses last minute. Whyte, not being happy to begin with, leads me to think his trick shoulder will be flaring up. Or Fury eating his “wild boar” causing a failed drug test.

Will the fight be at a stupid time i.e. early hours of the morning so it will suit US TV?

It'll be a 10pm walkout time in the UK like all local fights for the main event. Thats about 5pm east coast time.

 

I don't think there's nearly enough US interest to justify that.

Outside of fighting US fighters I don't think Fury is a huge draw in the US really. For a 'foreign' fighter to be a big name in the US, they need to be part of a large US immigrant population (ie Canelo, Pacquiao). If Fury was Irish it might be different ala McGregor.

Goes without saying there's minimal interest in Whyte in the US too. This is a huge fight in the UK though - will sell out Wembley if held there and will do really well on PPV.

 

Whyte struggled to beat Chisora twice whilst fury toyed with him and jabbed Chisoras head off twice.

I see no other outcome apart from a fury stoppage or clear ud

The only way this bout gets interesting is if Fury still has injured elbows and is unable to utilize his jab. Kind of injury never goes away, it has to just be maintained.

Either way Fury could literally walk at Whyte like he did Wilder then just bully him. Whyte hasn't got the gas tank to handle Fury.

 

Looks like he'll need that hat surgically removed...

 

Whyte knocks out fury by round 5, he goes in to lean or clinch and whyte does a near perfect hook like he did with chisora in their 2nd fight.
