And yet most prisoners doing x-hundred reps a day on canned tuna and Top Ramen have more gains than all those guys hitting the gym doing 5x5 and looking the same after years of workout. This content is protected
You got dudes with laptops and 50 inch plasma tvs in they cell if they can sneak that **** in they ass they can sneak in steroids.
Listen Tyson may be like a spar of mine. back in the day we all would be killing ourselves for gains ,stamina etc .....& then there was Willard, he would breeze in & barely workout , the gains he got was from more than his mums Rice N peas we all knew but mna he was packed with 60% less work than we all put in...jealous ,you bet . See him now & again, he struggles with his bad knees but still got shape @ 60+
most of us would be huge if we just trained and sat around all day. Good to know the penal system is breeding guys that are even stronger after they come out right?
Lol wow, you’ve literally made all that up. Especially that first part about your friend on 1800 cals a day. his BMR alone would be way above 1800 on its own. the crap some people believe never ceases to amaze me.
I wasn`t sure back then, but now i`m sure, most of the people that type here has no idea what their speaking, forget to ever train boxing, or hit the gym regularly. How du*** you have to be to even post this ? Firstable this routine is not possible by anyone, secondly even if it was possible, you will more than a 3 3hours only for the sit-ups and the dips, forget about the rest. Even if you divide this number to 10, they are still not realistically for boxer, and wouldn`t make sense. If you are going to train for strength you will hit low reps, high weight. If you are going to work for explosive straight you will hit more reps, with explosive movement, but you still not come close to the shown numbers. And with this exercise you will gain almost nothing or nothing in terms of endurance. And the food in the article is a joke. But some of the comment after are hilarious as well.
Yep but you missed out interviews because he was still doing those Reminds me of when Usain Bolt would eat chicken nuggets prior to a world class run
Dude. I wrecked myself trying to do this at 13-14 when I was a kid thinking I’d end up looking like Iron Mike it’s so well known that cringey “esteemed” fitness Youtubers have taken it as fact with little research. This content is protected This content is protected
Here is the "original" Mike Tyson workout plan I made up in 2003 and circulated as a 17 year old fanboy Daily Regime (7 days a week): 5am: get up and go for a 3 mile jog 6am: come back home shower and go back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his) 10am wake up: eat oatmeal 12pm: do ring work (10 rounds of sparring) 2pm: have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink) 3pm: more ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those huge legs for endurance) 5pm: 2000 sit-ups; 500-800 dips; 500 press-ups; 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck exercises 7pm: steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (orange I think it was) 8pm: another 30 minutes on the exercise bike then watch TV and then go to bed. I even tried to dispell it just a few years later but it just snowballed https://www.tysontalk.com/ftopict-2296.html
I lost a lot of weight because we couldn't afford the food required (we where very, very poor) and I deduced that was why I didn't look like Tyson.
