If we had an event in a fantasy world where all these guys fought and where in their primes, who would of came out on top? I picked guys that could match up pretty well with each other. All fights are 5 rounds and the boxers get a year of training for the event. These are my predictions, do you agree or disagree?

    Semmy Schilt vs Wladimir Klitschko

I'm going with Semmy Schilt by stoppage here, I believe there would be many clinches and messy at times but Klitschko doesn't do well with people bigger than him, while Klitschko has the better boxing but Schilt's powerful jabs and use of teeps/kicks would wear Klitschko down and finish him off.

    Ernesto Hoost vs Mike Tyson

I'd go with Tyson here by knockout in rounds 2 or 3, no doubt Hoost's leg kicks would give Tyson plenty of trouble early on but I believe Tyson's forward pressure would be too much for Hoost who at times had trouble with guys who had lots of physical strength and when pressured would back up on a straight line, was known for being chinny which is a recipe for disaster with a prime Mike Tyson. Tyson's crouching/peek a boo style could result in possibly eating knees though so fighting like he did against Donovan Ruddock would serve him much better in Kickboxing.

    Rico Verhoeven vs Tyson Fury

Both of these guys have been sparring partners for years and Fury's camp have made Verhoeven have some of the best boxing in heavyweight kickboxing history, they are also the two best heavyweights right now in their respective sports. Fury's height/reach and movement would serve him very well in kickboxing, but those skinny legs would not serve him well against a guy like Rico whose known for his strength, athletic/technical ability and brutal kicks. I see Verhoeven taking a split decision having problems with the boxing of Fury and possibly being knocked down but his kicks would be too much.

    Mighty Mo vs Rocky Marciano

Mighty Mo wasn't the most skilled kickboxer but the man was a 285 pound walking tank with a vicious right hand. Marciano is the more skilled fighter here and MIGHT hurt Mo but the 100 pound weight advantage is going to be too much here and I see Mo taking it by knockout in 2 or 3 rounds.

    Remy Bonjasky vs Muhammad Ali

Now this is an interesting one, If you love Ali and want to get into kickboxing I say Remy is the one for you. His defensive style and heavy reliance on movement was great to watch, he had little boxing ability and relied on kicks/knees but could knock people down with punches due to people not expecting them from him. Pressure was the way to give Remy problems so Ali would have to come forward here and not rely on jabbing and moving as that would play into Remy's gameplan with kicks and flying attacks. I believe Ali could move forward, stay close and pressure Remy making him have to throw hands and less kicks. This is probably the hardest prediction to make but I could see it being a split decision for Remy who got awarded plenty of close fights.

Hong Man Choi vs Nikolai Valuev

Time for the freak show! Both 7ft+ giants, Choi was never great as using his reach and had a low work rate but he had some vicious knees. Valuev has the much better boxing here and ability to take a shot. This would be very messy I believe but I can see Valuev taking a unanimous decision.

    Remy/Ali? I like it!

Hoost would kick Mike's leg off.

Le Banner vs AJ? Sefo vs Tua? Ike vs Ignashov?

I just really have a hard time seeing Hoost be able to go five rounds without taking Tyson's power, Tyson would definitely have to go through the fire to get the win though.

I think I'd go with Joshua over Le Banner, Le Banner was more of a boxer styled kickboxer so I can see Joshua knocking him out.

I think Tua would knock Sefo out as I don't think Sefo could resist slugging, bit them again if he fights like how he did against Botha where he relied much more on kicks he could possibly get a decision over Tua who could be lazy and stationary at times, I'm still leaning towards Tua though whose much more durable.

Ike vs Ignashov? Damn I really don't know who I'd go with for that one, I'd take a gamble and Ignashov by decision.

Who would you go with on these ones?

    Larry Holmes vs Mark Hunt
    Joe Frazier vs Peter Aerts

Tyson would take one kick and be done. Hoost stopped some of the best in the world with kicks. Against a Boxer? He'd murder him.

I think Le Banner catches him early.

    Hunt.

Fraizer. It would look like the Bernado fight.

Ok, Prime Mirko vs Tyson Fury? Mighty Mo vs Tommy Morrison? Bernado vs Povetkin?

I can't see boxers having a reasonable chance at defeating high-level heavyweight kickboxers. It would only take a couple of well-placed low kicks to make an opponent uncomfortable with placing weight on the targeted leg. The force generated from a heavyweight kick is equivalent to a baseball bat being swung at full force.

Thing is though if Tyson rushes Hoost and Hoost backs up in a straight line like he did against Filho, he's done for. Be great either way though.

I just don't see Me Banner knocking Joshua out as Le Banner approached kickboxing with a more boxing approach and against a much better boxer in Joshua that's not gonna go well. Le Banner showed great low kicks against Gary Goodridge though.

I don't see why Larry couldn't possibly outbox Hunt for five rounds to be fair, Holmes has the speed and craftiness to do it I believe.

I'd probably take Mirko over Fury, Morrison and Mo is honestly who hits first and the hardest, Morrison being more skilled might help him here and he might actually box smart like he did against Foreman.

I think Aerts could take Frazier, I know Aerts had trouble with guys with good hands but Bernardo was also a lot bigger and a couple of inches taller Frazier, I think 6'3 Aerts could handle Frazier with his kicks and potentially finish him with a headkick.

Bernardo and Povetkin? Oooh now that's a tough one, probably Povetkin by knockout who did have some kickboxing experience too.

I know what you mean but if given some training there is some boxers that could of adapted to kickboxing much easier than others. For example Mike Bernardo started off as a boxer and boxed pro before he did Kickboxing but just in his 2nd kickboxing fight in 1995 he beat Andy Hug and in his 8th fight in 1996 he beat much more experienced kickboxer Peter Aerts who had been fighting in kickboxing professionally since the 80's.

Vitali would have done better v Sammy than Wlad:
Amateur boxing record: 195 wins, 15 losses. Kickboxing record: 34 wins (22 knockouts,) 2 losses (2 knockouts.) He was a kickboxing world champion six times (winning amateur world championships twice and professional championship tournaments four times).

Dillian Whyte would do better than these boxders: Whyte is also a former kickboxing champion, having held the BIKMA British super-heavyweight title and the European K1 title, and has competed professionally in mixed martial arts.

Yeah I know that's why I didn't mention Whyte or Vitali as they both have experience, Jarrell Miller was a kickboxer too and lost to a past prime Cro Cop.

Carl Thompson fought Branko Cikatic in Muay Thai and James Warring who was IBF Cruiserweight Champion fought in NHB losing to Renzo Gracie in a tournament final. He was also a successful kickboxer which included a win over Vitali Klitschko.

Branko was truly a monster. Didn't he KO Hoost THREE TIMES?
