Ben Davison at his Self-deprecating best

So Davison has now presided over Josh Taylor's worst performance, Billy Joe Saunders' worst performance, and Tyson Fury's worst performance.

Not even sure I'd trust him to run a boxercise class, nevermind looking after our p4p best fighters..

 

Plenty of criticism for Ben as always I see. I've never seen in him in the gym so can't comment but what I will say is he looks like an attention seeking ***** when he knows the camera is on him.

 

Apparently he doesn't like his fighters weighing too much (even after rehydration) because it affects speed. Fury was weak against Wallin and Taylor didn't have much zip in his punches.

 

Pretty dumb. The difference in speed would be minute, while the difference in strength would be significant.

The problem is, he is probably very good in camp but not as the main man

 

Boxercise is too thick and up his own arse to even understand the point being made there.

 

I don’t rate Davison that highly, but he has done a good job with Leigh Wood, especially if Wood gets a win over Conlan

 

He gets more smug with each interview

I didn't think he was this bad!

 

As I keep saying he is definitely good at something. Probably communication/banter in camp etc. He probably does work hard but he also doesn't do himself any favours with the public.
