I think he's pretty smart.

Take this for example, instead of headlines about Whyte no show and the promotion being a damp squib, he opens his big mouth and the journalists are given a big story. Cue big headlines and exposure, fury is the focus and thus everyone's happy.

 

If he struggles to get Whyte out of there and loses a few rounds I think he starts messing around and the Usyk and/or Joshua fight/fights never happen. For me the fun is over now, I only like Peter and Hughie, the rest are a bunch of idiots, John being the absolute worst, you just have to hope that something happens.
