Taylor`s pretty awful he really needs a trainer that knows his stuff, he`s wide open to counters,Pograis landed a lot of counters against him too, he needs schooling.

Taylor doesn`t have the power to stop Tank and neither does Catterall.

He's never faced a decent punching LWW so how do you know? Tanks hardest hitting opponent ever is probably Barrios or that goompa loompa he just barely scraped by

People shitting on Taylor are forgetting Davis looked like **** against a completely shot Gamboa, an unknown midget called Cruz & Mario Barrios who hasn't beaten a single name of note

If Taylor is on form he beats Davis all day long, he had a bad night at the office the other night undoubtedly but there are legit reasons for it and besides.. Caterall looks pretty good anyway..

How did 19 fight Josh Taylor do in all his fights prior to Catterall? Against genuine world champions like Rougarou, JCR, Postol, and Baranchyk not paper ones, WBA regular ones, and shot ones like Twink has been dining on?

Pedraza is the only real legit guy Twink has fought and that was against a Pedraza who completely abandoned his sublime skills and fought the dumbest fight he possibly could of, walking face first into Twink's bombs all night which was not only bizarre it was downright suicidal. And Pedraza is better at the higher weight.

You can't ignore the fact that 26 fight Twink has been dining on C and D levels, leprechauns dragged up from lower divisions, unlike Pedraza who is not shot lol.. actual geriatric shot cadavers, and is in the paper and WBA regular strap collecting business and has been cherrypicking, ducking and avoiding the best for years at every weight he's fought at.

And you also can't ignore the fact he scraped by an Oompa Loomp by a single point on two of the PBC judge's cards in a fight many feel he lost and anyone with the gift of sight knows he would've had the ref not allowed him to nullify a large percentage of the oompa loomp's attacks by holding and stiff-arming all night.

In the 2000s you had light welterweight champs like: Kosta Tszyu, Hatton, Mayweather, Judah, Malignaggi, Cotto, Pacquiao

In the early 2010s you have light welterweight champs like: Timothy Bradley, Amir Khan, Lamont Peterson, Danny Garcia, Devon Alexander, Maidana. Also fighters like Lucas Matthysse and Providnikov.

After that the division started declining in terms of quality and depth. Next we got Postol who was a decent operator, then Terrance Crawford moved up and cleaned up the division during this time Adrien Broner was lurking in the division. Then Josh Taylor took the reins once Crawford moved up.

Please refrain from thinking Tank can clean out any division that have fighters with pulses.. The only division Tank can clean out is the one he’s been fighting at for the last couple of years which is Gervontaweight..

Yeah, but he's still a player if he can get motivated.

It's a reason I have a love/hate relationship with it. Loads of great matchups stunted by politics.

It's not the best talent but they've mixed it up a little bit (ignoring Tank and some of the new ones).

Taylor isn`t a decent punching LWW because he doesn`t use the correct body mechanics to get full power into his shots.

    154 is pure trash

    So are 160 and 168

In fact, there are many weak divisions at the moment

147 which many consider one of the best is overrated too. It's good but not as good as many will have you believe. The two best fighters at that weight have been ducking that smoke with each other for years

Let's not forget that the third best in many people's eyes Ugas has three losses on his ledger to the likes of Johnny Garcia, Amir Imam, and Emanuel Robles

We can all play the discrediting game
