To be fair AJ could be trained by Ares himself he'd still get his head boxed off by Usyk and KO'd by little midgets. He can watch all the Fury motivation videos all he likes but he'll never become him.
Why are you always crying over AJ? Wasn't it your boy Fury who got dropped by pillow fisted Cunningham, in a fight he was getting schooled in, and finally had to resort to holding his head and hitting him. That has to be one of the most dirtiest moves I've ever seen that wasn't deemed a DQ. Would the video of that fight be the motivation your talking about?
AJ wishes he could FIGHT like Fury can...he just high guards and flaps in the wind. Smaller men bully him. Fury has been dropped many a time yes, and? Has he always got back up? yes.

Last time I checked Fury KO'd him in round 7. Actually he didn't KO him, he quit on the canvas feeling sorry for himself. He wanted no more of The Furious one.
Flaps? AJ has a great uppercut Fury doesn`t, AJ can`t tyhrow enough good hooks in a fight but his right hand is far better than Fury`s.
He does seem a little douche-y, and not quite comfortable not being the champ anymore while trying to pretend he's still ok. For the sake of the heavyweight division and for AJ's own mental well being, i do hope he stays active and gets another fight going soon. He isn't the best, but he is still talented and there's still a place for him in the division.
Love how the interviewer mentions Joe Joyce and Chisora immediately is "nah man" knowing he'd batter AJ then AJ jumps in like "yeah it's a good fight" Joe Joyce is a proper dark horse. I've always underestimated him but that boy is a force.
