Depends if and what was taken out of Delboy in his last fight with Parker, he did take some sustained punishment there.

If Del's not deteriorated significantly then I think he beats Old Man Ortiz at this point.

Del as usual will be 'very up' for it and probably swarm and bullish-ley overwhelm those tired and old legs of Ortiz now.

I think Del stops him within 8 rounds.

This would be quite a good even-ish swansong fight for both fighters, I'd like to see it TBH

 

Chisora has had a very tough career, which I think would take alot out of any HW.
The HW scene imo in Europe and especially imo in the UK is very tough.
I have often felt some of the fighters have been involved in too many tough wearing fights before their big opportunities arrive.
I have felt Chisora was not the same after the 2nd Fury fight which was years ago.

I would guess that would take something out of any HW

Still Chisora has been very good and consistent
I would favour Chisora if it were to happen

Do you not think Chisora could be further past his prime than Ortiz? Boxing age wise?

 

Chisora is basically a high-level journeyman at this point, but I would easily favor him to beat this version of Ortiz.

I like DelBoy in that one, provided he’s in shape.

 

I'm going against the stream here and say Ortiz just about edges him.
He's a lot like Pulev, but older and with more wear and tear. But Chizzo is older too.
The Pulev fight was competitive but clear, despite the completely ridiculous split decision.
I guess this is closer, but just enough to edge Chizzo.

Well, since Chisora loses to everyone, it won't be him.

 

Probably closer than many think due to Chisora's shop worn nature and Ortiz age.

A pick em IMO.

 

Even 2022 Chisora beats the breaks off Ortiz.
For what it's worth, I think Chisora would have beaten Ortiz 5 years ago too. Ortiz is incredibly overrated.
