Yes, it is so easy. Could you name another fighter beating 23 world champions and 16 world champions in a row. Even if they are "bad champions" (if that exists) as you seem to imply. I dont care. Please, tell me another one apart from floyd.
The cherry picker who cherry picked world champions. A lot of them undefeated. It's so stupid that you have to laugh...
Amazing resume One of the best ever I don't go as high as many on the Alvarez win with Alvarez having to come in under the limit and think it's a shame Floyd was over the weight limit against Marquez, as that could have become known as a great win Still can't think of many with a better resume When you have fighters go through the weight divisions alot of good work gets forgotten as people tend to think of them in their higher divisions later in their careers Wins like Ndou and Manfredy were very good at the time
He was/is held to pretty godly standards if people still be trying to say his resume isnt among the very best.
What interests me is: does Floyd’s resume grow if Canelo resume grows, or not? (or Floyd's resume remains the moment Canelo was beaten) Can anyone explain this to me briefly and clearly? Thanks.
No, your the ignorant one. Greb's resume would still be twice as good as Floyd's if Floyd beat everyone in his prime, which he obviously didn't.
His resume is probably still the same as folk said it was on the other 36 posts on this subject in the past year
Mayweather really brought upon us the era of arbitrary statistics. Mayweather fought 22, not 23 champs, Pacquiao 20. Mayweather and Pacquiao have both beaten champions 24 times. Pacquiao has beaten 8 unified champs, Mayweather 7. What does it all mean? Don't know. But I know it's much easier to get a belt in this era.
Maybe because de la hoya dragged Hernández out of super feather in order to make sure that he would win the fight. The only fight Hernández fought at this weight. Did de la hoya beat hernández at superfeather weight? NO. Because hernández did not lose a single match in 14 years at superfeatherweight. 14 freaking years, until he met floyd. It's like giving full credit to lomo for winning to rigo, that's stupid. A good victory? yes, but not half the victory it would have been to defeat him at his natural weight. Or giving credit to gg for destroying brooks. Regarding gatti, I dont see how people could say that gatti is a minor DLH victory. His victories are not specially good (many top champions in his way down), that's what people has always critiziced about oscar, he lost his most important battles.
