Was wondering if anyone had any advice for me after my first kickboxing fight, I have another one booked for around may time. Sadly my coach has stopped coaching and while I'm looking for a new GYM, does anyone have any blatantly obvious advice. my opponent had 3 fights previously and I think the moment got to me slightly and I was a bit hesistant. thanks man, you're definitely right. But I was worried about my opponents cardio more than I should have been, and the leg kicks were adding up. Much to learn from.
