Undefeated only means something if you are consistently fighting high ranked opponents, otherwise it’s worthless.
Without a doubt, yes. I have Bowe at #21 HW all-time. Fury is better and has achieved more. So when his career is over, he will probably break the top twenty. Ergo, he's HOF material.
Three Wilder fights doesn't mean that much since Wilder's resume is so thin on competition. Case in point, John Ruiz defended his title more times than Fury did his, and had three fights w/ an ATG HW in Evander Holyfield. Think many here would rate John Ruiz over Fury?
