    He also quit against SRL in the rematch because he couldn't cope with SRL's speed and elusiveness. Khan wouldn't engage in a toe to toe war like SRL did in the first match with Duran. He would frustrate Duran like SRL did in the rematch, only without the bolo punch and taunting. So Duran may not have said 'No Mas' against Khan but Khan could win rounds and it would come down to if Duran can time Khan and check that chin like Canelo did. If not, it would be a UD for Khan, prime Khan that is. The super motivated Duran from SRL 1 could time Khan and KO him, but the unmotivated out of shape Duran who fought SRL in the rematch most likely loses a UD.

    Crazy with hindsight how this thread was made. There was hype around Khan and to an extent rightly so. I was a fan.

    But Duran is literally one of the best fighters to ever walk this earth. Crazy match up.

    Thriller? This ends when Duran wants it to. Khan can't fight inside to save his life glass chin and low boxing IQ. Heart of a lion and blazing hand speed aren't enough to beat Duran.

    Roberto eats him up inside and spits him out after 3,4,5 rounds max. Duran KO not a close fight.

    Well, I figure it would be a close fight till about the 8th round when Duran gets to him, I mean geez guys, Duran is 71 yeas old.
