He insults everybody he gets in a debate with (and inevitably loses said debate because he dbsak) then wonders why everyone on this forum takes issue with him. Maturity level of a child. I wouldn't take anything he says to seriously.

I acknowledged Ali not stepping back - but, for all intents and purposes Oscar was done after the first KD - Ringo barely scraped up after the first KD - his arms were down by his sides - the ref actually grabbed him by the gloves, to shake off resin I assume, as he did so, Oscar stumbled backward - in other times and players that fight could’ve been stopped right there - after the 3rd KD there was still 57 secs to go - it was already at the point where Ali could’ve gently blown and Oscar would’ve fallen.

Yeah, I heard that reviewing the last round - SRR would’ve been proud of the on cue left hook -

I had a poster once tell me that I knew f*ck NOTHING about boxing. The audacity. Why, you little…..

After a deep breath, in witty retort, I replied and told him that he was wrong and that in fact I knew f*ck ALL about boxing.

Wait, hang on, that didn’t come out right…..

Bundini was in Sugar Ray's camp before he was in Ali's.

I think all combatants on this thread can find common ground in agreeing that I know nothing about boxing.

In fact, I seem to have taken a wrong turn that got me here. I was looking for a science fiction forum...

Nah, you know your stuff as much as anyone CT, keep it coming.

I took a wrong turn last week - walked straight into an intense discussion on self flagellation, Cat O’ Nine Tails, all that sort of thing.

No idea on the subject but thought I’d wing it anyway. I mentioned DEVO and they just ignored me. They soon realised that I was clearly out of my depth - they had me whipped so to speak (groan).

    Round 1: Ali
    Round 2: Ali
    Round 3: Ali
    Round 4: Bonavena
    Round 5: Even
    Round 6: Bonavena
    Round 7: Ali
    Round 8: Bonavena
    Round 9: Even
    Round 10: Ali
    Round 11: Bonavena
    Round 12: Ali
    Round 13: Ali
    Round 14: Ali
    Round 15: TKO for Ali

Up until the 15th round, my score total was 8-4-2 Ali

Bonavena had some great success in the middle rounds, arguably had some more rounds in there, gave a great effort, but overall Ali was going to be the victor on my card regardless of the 3 knockdown rule.

I actually found this fight quite enjoyable (might also be because I am watching this at 3 am), sometimes seeing Ali not look so dominate is great entertainment, Ali won more rounds but it was very competitive in some. Great watch!

I reckon round 3 could be a Bonavena round. Or at least a draw. I do concede the first round though, don't know what I was watching.

If he had a third of Sugar Ray's skill he'd never have lost.

Logic isn't your forte. The great Sugar Ray Robinson lost nineteen times.
