Just seen a ten second advert for this on bt, ending with the punchline ‘no hype needed’, no promotion either, seemingly
It'll be a poxy promotion. Everyone knows what Frank is like. He won't pay for anything that'll enhance the experience for fans. He probably won't even put up big screens so fans sitting in the highest seats can watch. He'll skimp on the security so there'll be plenty of undercard action in the crowd, he's going to skimp on the undercard and the whole event will have the look and feel of a cheap and nasty event but that doesn't matter to Frank. As long he gets the capacity of 2 billion fans in the stadium and breaks the record, he's happy as Larry.
I’m surprised even if others aren’t. It’s too steep for a fight with no undercard of note between these two IMO.
Hopefully the touts that seem to have snapped up all the tickets will sell at a reasonable time nearer to the date. Can’t quite believe the fight is in 2 weeks. Mentally quiet but they will flog the death out of it in the week of. In my younger days I would get caught up in the hype and buy the PPV. Not so much now. Haye shafted me one too many times
Nick Ball would launch Bellotti out of the ring mate - Lowe v Ball is a very good fight. I agree they should have got Yarde on though.
The under card is under whelming to say the least. As i am neither a fan of Fury or Whyte considering giving this a miss
To be fair it was the same with Wilder v Fury 3. Zero hype, no one wanted the fight. Then come fight week I was parting with my money and had my mates over. Though, I won't be having my teeth out this time
