    Japs just made of iron. Getting chopped up though, just sitting pretty like that, what’s he hoping for he’s doing nothing with every opportunity he could have. Still a rugged SOB.

    GGG comes out, it's becoming target practice. Murata gives it a go, walks into a vicious jab. Christ... this is getting hard to watch. GGG battering him along the ropes. GGG backs off, almost showing him mercy. Murata throws a few shots and misses. GGG back to jabbing. A few rights lands from Ryota. GGG back on the attack now. Vicious left hooks around the guard.

    It is now or never for Murata who is not going to knock Golovkin out and must take control of this fight now or doom himself to a cards defeat.

    Interesting to see Golovkin bulldog Murata back with strength early, these little things matter and Golovkin is busier in the firs 30. Murata comes back with wild right hands, GGG covers and slides, jabs him. GGG is throwing fewer harder punches now, great adaption, Murata is in trouble here. Golovkin is tiring but he definitely is doing the right thing - he has absolute control and has beaten Murata out of his fight plan. Great, great stuff, Monzon-like this performance.

    Controlled the where, now controlling the when. Murata lands a good punch with 70 seconds remaining but the round has been sunk. Murata then stages a non-tactical retreat.

    This fight is over. Not literally over - figuratively. Murata has essentially surrendered. Yes, he's brave, and all that there, but he is essentially not contesting these rounds.

    GGG is very faded but still one of the biggest punchers out there. Great heart from Murata, but GGG is slowly dismantling him.

    some of these comments in this thread are just ridiculous. He’s plenty hurt. I don’t know how anyone has given him more than two rounds, round two and three are the only rounds GGG lost.
