    Funny how there is a thread on the classic forum of a mythical matchup between GGG and Gene Fullmer. There are actual people that think Fullmer and his 37 percent KO rate would stand a chance against this monster. 40 ****ing years old and walking through that **** from a big guy like Murata. Outside of Hagler, I don't know of a Middleweight that would last toe to toe with GGG.

    Muruta was a soldier in there. Nothing but respect. GGG stole the day though, Iron fella had no head movement at all he looked like Arthur Abraham at times- static, hands up taking it all on the arms and gloves like a barbarian.

    after the punch he looked like absolute **** and slowly went down and was super hurt, there was no way that fight was going on any longer anyway

    Noone seems to want to GGG/Canelo 3(except for those who are on DAZN payroll) but I still think he’s a better opponent for the Ginger than anyone at 168 or below maybe expect for Andrade.

    gg looks in better shape than when he was 30. His aspect is supperb. First thing I thought was your comment, you read my mind.

    It would be nice to see a gg vs canelo 3, tbh.

    Jesus Murata is even tougher than I thought he was and I knew he was very tough. He had GGG looking really uncomfortable in those first four or so rounds and it looked like an upset might be in store, but GGG started to land with his heavy hooks around the guard with consistency and he took an awful lot out of Murata who deflated noticeably and as soon as he found his rhythm it was only a matter of time. Credit to GGG for being able to make the adjustment and tame the younger bull in his backyard
    but also credit for Murata for the ridiculous toughness he displayed.
