Anyone who gave Murata more than 2 to 3 rounds is out of their head.

 

Why would Ward the A side meet Lil G at a catchweight. The fight would have happened at 168 pound at Super Middleweight and Lil G would have had his ass handed. He knew it, Dre knew it and the whole world knows it.

 

What's the relevance?

I said that Canelo has defeated better opposition than Murata has, in addition to possessing a visibly more broad and wrinkled skillset than the Japanese. Murata was also just broken by a Golovkin perceived as old and almost spent, whereas Canelo went the distance with Golovkin in 2017 and 2018. Whatever criterion you care to go by, Canelo > Murata.
