How does Golovkin Measure Up, To Past Middleweight Greats?

And he made it clear he only does 160.
Like I said it depends on how you look at things.

 

Fair. I'm really not crying about it. I'm one of the few that think Canelo has a great case in deserving the win in the second fight, but to me personally, I also credit GGG with the win in their first fight. I don't really give a **** what the official records show, I form my own opinion.

 

lol how you look at things the man said 154-68 then when his bluff got called by an actual elite fighter and tucked tail and ran. Even if you say Cotto is past it just based off him demolishing Martinez and Geale better than GGG beat Geale less than a year later tht would be an infinitely better win than what he currently has at 160.
I remember the HEIGHT of GGG and him and his fans were content when him winning fantasy fights instead of making real fights.
Every great fighter has gone out of they way to show they great GGG not great or maybe I just got high standards.
Outside of Canelo and Jacobs you can’t name anything any bodies Hess beaten has done that’s remotely impactful in the sport of boxing that’s 2 names in 10+ years and he lost to one and debatably lost to another

Pulie malinaggi is Demonstratively better and done more in boxing than everybody GGG has fought outside of Canelo.
