It's not that short of a list, honestly. I'm not sure if there's a text limit to these comments or...
Nunn Kalambay Jones Hopkins SRR Hagler Monzon McCallum Toney Then you have others like Benn, Jackson, Eubank, Watson, McClellan, who would all be very dangerous fights which he could easily lose.
He’s in the mid portion of such a list. Might be he’d be a live fight in there with the tier that houses fighters on par with McCallum. I don’t think he quite breaks through to the spots with Monzon, Hagler, Robinson etc. I’d love to see him fight Briscoe, Griffith and Valdez. They’d be good fights.
Hard to say. He didn't get a dangerous fight until after his peak. I'd say he's pretty underrated H2H. His jab alone can win fights.
Plenty actually. Tho, I see him beating most of the much crude fighters. Let's say... Roldan, Mugabi, Carter, Hank and pretty much every single 80s and 60s contenders. He had a good jab, a very hard punch, great bodypunching, technically excellent, defensively sound plus an unshakable chin. I see him beating Eubank, Benn and Watson pretty comfortably too. Would be interesting how'd he match with guys like Briscoe and McClellan. Overall, he'd match pretty well. I can see him beat plenty tough middleweights of the past including Toney. But to answer the title's question. Without a shadow of doubt, he is. He has the full package. He's both good as puncher and a boxer, chin and power, aggression and overall defensive ability.
