Winky agreed to fight Floyd at 154 with a rehydration clause of 8 pounds. Floyd wouldn't accept the 50-50 split and walked away.

    Who would have won?

Floyd ducked Margarito and Winky around this time.

Winky. Everyone knows this. It's why the fight didn't happen.

Winky probably would have taken a decision, but of course Mayweather had no business fighting at 154 to begin with. Also it's hilarious that Winky thought he was going to get anywhere near 50/50, even if Floyd had wanted to fight him for some reason.

I don't recall a request for 50-50 from Winky. He agreed to what Floyd asked for, then floyd chickened out.

Mayweather wasn't viable at 154 and he knew that. Not reasonable to expect him to fight there, imo.

This was before Floyd became a PPV star and Winky's stock at the time was as high or maybe just slightly lower than Floyd, but nothing that would point to 50/50 split being absurd.

Plus he agreed to the 8 pounds rehydration clause. Floyd didn't want it after calling out Winky and saying he'd KO Winky.

Then why call him out, promise to KO him, got him to agree to the rehydration clause, and then back out?
