    Gamboa's main flaw is he has the chin of a 14 year old girl.. What a burden to have such other blessings...

    Thumped.

    Gamboa literally one of the best counterpunchers I've ever seen... Whammed.

    And we're seeing a good example as to why;

    A guy can very often hang by the skin of his teeth for two or three rounds longer than he should be there. Cruz has had his number since the 1st, but Gamboa is teeteringly stubborn. Always was game, aside from that one anomalous surrender to Castellanos.

    Isaac comes out fast, lands two clubbing shots, battering Gamboa around like a pinata. Cruz digging to the body every time Gamboa holds. Gamboa being dirty as hell. Isaac sloppy as hell. Brutal left hook dops Gamboa hard. Somehow makes it up again. He's badly wobbled again before the bell.
