I think Spence made a big statement tonight and this is what I wanted to see from him against Mikey Garcia since the very beginning. With that being said, still gotta go with Bud. Higher ring IQ and better technically.
I don’t think Bud will be prepared for Spence’s relentless pace especially in the later rounds.. He very cerebral when giving time to think and picking his shots but I don’t think he’ll have the time he’s used to. Spence’s body attack will have him putting his hands down and I believe he will eat many uppercuts. Spence 10th TKO.
I see Bud catching him the same way he did Kell, switching stances and then catching him coming in with a straight right or left.
I just don’t see it. I don’t think he’ll be ready for that pressure and body work.. Bud is highly effective when he switches stances give his opponent a different look. How effective do you thing switching to southpaw will work on a southpaw with Errol Spence’s work rate. Effective jab, hooks to the body and a well timed uppercut will literally break Terence Crawford down..
Pick em fight. Depends on who can fight there fight. The only thing is Crawford has dog in him which could help him but could hurt him as well. But then Spence has dog in him to so that's why this is a 50/50 fight.
Crawford is clearly the favorite at this point, but I have no confidence that the fight will ever get made.
I think Crawford vs Spence might look something like Beterbiev vs Gvozdyk. The Nail was outboxing and putting it on Beterbiev but the dog refused to be discouraged and was just relentless in his attack. He imposed his will on the superior tactician.
50/50 then 50/50 now. Crawford is only better in p4p sense. At welterweight, it would have to be settled in the ring. I really don’t know who will win. Everybody was picking Butaev to best Stanionus, but we saw that’s not what transpired.
