    Nah, pretty sure the Egyptians, Polynesians and Moriori had tattoos before Māori.

    Back to the fight - unsure why Johnson doesn't take half a step back, throw a 2 piece and roll away... her timing and punch placement is so much better.

    That overhand right lands flush on the button time and time again as Esquivel comes in

    Melissa comes out less aggressive, looking to jab. She's missing most of them, Johnson making her pay with counters. Melissa backs her into the corner, Johnson lands a few counter and work inside. Johnson jabbing and landing left hooks, then nasty overhand right lands from Johnson. Jab and a right at the bell from Johnson.

    Melissa goes down again after her knee buckles. Johnson leaps on her, starts mauling her, Johnson landing heavy blows. The ref takes her to the corner, asks the cornerman if her knee is okay, then the fight continues. They off and on trade to the bell. Johnson's cleaner shots far more telling.

    If I say a middle aged man (Hopkins) still looking good and beating younger light heavies shows the level of male boxing was at that point would you agree?

    Melissa still aggressive even on a gimpy knee. Johnson just stepping back and jabbing in between clinches. One twos from Johnson, both landing clubbing hooks. Clean hard right seemed to rock Melissa. Melissa lands an uppercut, Johnson with a few clean hooks. Bell sounds.

    Hopkins was a freak and is an ATG I think it is quite ignorant and insulting to even compare some middle aged gym teacher to him on any level.
