He didn't have first hand knowledge of pbf like he did pac. Why didn't he bring up fury??? Or Valdez either???
Paulie needed first hand knowledge to link Floyd's ultra low T/E ratios and illegal IV fluids to PED use and be vocal about it?
Pac wasn't carrying more weight. He stopped draining and was 146-151 on fight night just like when he was in the lower weights. It wasn't like Pac was coming in at 160 when he got to 147.
Paulie was talking about pac because he heard from people in pacs camp he was on something. This has nothing to do with pbf or any other fighters but pac. Paulie is speaking about his experiences at wildcard and pac. What's so hard to understand about that?
What's so hard to understand that Paulie had an absolute grudge against Pac and relentlessly went after him for years? Whether it's motivated by jealousy, racism, or whatever the case, it doesn't change the fact that he was obsessively zeroed in on Pac. If PED use, and not the individual himself (Pac), bothered him so much, why wasn't he outspoken about anyone else? Did he really think Pac was the only fighter in the sport on PEDs? And if Pac was juicing, I guarantee you that there would be the person administering the PEDs and that's it. There wouldn't be a public showing of the process leaving multiple witnesses to go around and telling other people. I can say that there's a rumor that your mom turns tricks and has an OnlyFans. I was told by another forum who knows you in person. See? Doesn't mean **** and neither does Paulie's claim of firsthand knowledge.

Could be that Paulie's been the whipping boy for both Pac's victims (Cotto, Hatton) and sparring partners (Khan, Porter). I never understood why for the longest time he's singled out Pac as a PED user when other HOF fighters like Toney, Holyfield, Morales, RJJ, etc. have all popped dirty and never called them out on it. It really just comes down to envy honestly.
Another thing that I notice is Paulie's claims that Pac isn't "defensively responsible" and was still able to get success moving up weight, therefore he's more suspect. I think he's really underselling Pac's defensive abilities and he makes it sounds like as if he has absolutely no defense at all. People are still underestimating just how good Pac's defense really was and how much it's improved even as he moved up in weight. He wasn't getting constantly tagged with clean shots every round and getting dropped like JMM was. Hell he also didn't take that many clean hits from Floyd himself and also showed great defense despite the outcome.
Seems an odd, random time to get off PEDs when no one has caught you, you're a big enough star that even if they DO catch you they'll either sweep it under the rug (ala Mayweather's elevated T/Es) or give a slap on the wrist so pathetic it's actually beneficial (Canelo's 6-month suspension coupled with a faulty hair-follicle test to "totally prove innocence, guys!"), and you are competing in a division where everyone is both bigger than you and has been caught using (aforementioned Mosley).
Vs Morales, he was 139 and 148 on fight night. Vs Marquez and Mosley he was 148 on fight night. These guys are acting like he was a completely different size from his earlier years. They don’t realize he was able to get down to the lower weights and not put much back on.
