    Which is why him being truly elite is far fetched and your claim is at least the same if not laughable.
    Crawford might be the only obe in his wiggt class and guess what-he hasnt fough him.

    You never heard of the eye test huh?

    How many true elites did Larry Holmes or Mayweather beat? Zero. Yet they are on most people's h2h lists. They utterly dominated modest eras and have h2h skills that show they'd be competitive with the elites of any era.

    No doubt the eye test is there.
    But in the 120+ year history of the sport it still is reaching to call this unproven guy top 10 h2h all time.
    Besides most of the eye test is usually done(as in this case) against more modest opposition.
    You cant compare the longevity and body of work of Mayweather and Holmes to Errol Spence ffs.
    Mayweather’s welterweight resume is significantly better than Spence and he wasnt even a career welterweight.

    Hes not even top 10 H2H in the last 25 years let alone of all time. The OP is clearly a casual. With that said i like Spence hes a good fighter and hopefully he fights Bud next.

    The comparison was the eye test and h2h abilities, not that Spence has done as much as those two. What he's done has been pretty damn impressive considering how much people were ducking him and all the injuries he's had taking dangerous fights with no tune ups.

    Yes, you went on a tangent. Writing something that is a completely different line of thought that has nothing to do with the original subject. That is what you did when you brought up Marciano and gave examples of technical fighters losing as if that was enough empirical evidence to support your ridiculous claim. I suggest you look the word up if you're not sure.

    Everything I wrote was relevant to the topic and debunked what you wrote. It is not my problem if you lack the intellectual capacity or attention span to form a proper rebuttal.

    Take it up with Showstopper97 then. He’s the one I replied to when he made a statement about technical boxers. Not my problem you lack the intellectual capacity or attention span or proper reading comprehension or glasses to see that. I suggest you look back at the the post he made if you’re not sure.

    Why shouldn't Spence be top 10? He's tremendously skilled, always comes in shape, has beat some top competition, and has all the intangibles except maybe a chin issue post crash.

    I brought him up as an example. And then out of the entire post that's the only thing you focused on. You haven't said anything about Spence in this entire thread. You have a serious problem. :lol:

    What chin issue? He hasn't even been knocked down once, let alone out. Even when he lost his mouthpiece and got hit by 3 good punches off guard he remained upright.

    He got wobbled something terrible from that Ugas uppercut, totally lost his mind for a few seconds and thought he was sparring and could call a timeout. The followup 1-2 from Ugas almost closed the show. Spence's legs weren't fully back for several rounds after that (watch his back leg when he was trying to throw his left hand with power).

    Ugas is not a puncher whatsoever. He has respectable pop but he's not wobbling elite fighters. Spence almost got stopped and I can't imagine pre-crash Spence getting rocked like that. That said, I still think he is a top 10 all time fighter at 147.
