If we assume Usyk has not lost a step since the AJ fight, very slightly favor Usyk. Fury has not fought a mover like that, in quite some time. It will give him loads of trouble. It's a real 50/50 fight though.

Yeah I don't think fury looked great at all. Easily enough for Whyte but didn't even look as good as he did against wilder

Fury is too big. Its almost unfair. Fury stated that Usyk is the only other heavyweight to beat Wilder. Wilder vs Usyk make it happen.

Fury he's not a stiff and a guy who knows how to use his size advantage. He will bully the smaller usyk and beat him.

Just cant see Fury winning. He wont be able to use his reach to keep Usyk away. Fury has good understanding of technical boxing for his division, not necessarily in general. Usyk on the other hand is a great boxer in general across all boxing past and present.

I don't think Usyk has enough power to hurt Fury.

5 round shut out then massive KO in the 6th.

I dont think it's a coincidence that Wlad, Wilder and now Whyte all looked hopelessly lost against Fury. He's a level above basically everyone else in the division.

Usyk is the greatest boxer of a generation. Should he beat Joshua again even with all the concerns in his head over the Ukraine he will be the GOAT for me.

Never rated Wilder. Rated Whyte as a decent HW, but nothing more. As i described him before, he is just that challenge that a Champion should check. Fury did it, good on him. The thing is, and this is not for praising AJ or Povetkin.
I have said it long time ago that i didn't see the improvements that people and Dillian was talking he make after AJ fight.
The reality is whether people wanna accept it or not AJ absolutely cracked that chin with the beating he gave to Whyte. That AJ was all Power shots, it was heavy, heavy shots all night, and then a brutal KO.
Obviously that cracked Whyte and took his durability, as i would say he had a decent chin previous to that fight. His chin has gone a level above China level after that fight. And Povetkin totally shatter it, and now it's a glass China.

As far as Wlad, Klitschko was 40 years old, and not in the best state. Yet Fury won by landing few more punches per round, like 1-2, and cause Klitschko was super inactive, and his head not where it needs to be.

Doesn't want to drag that discussion and waste time on it, so let's agree to disagree.

I think Whyte is a very good win for Fury, and that fight answered good question.
Fury can goes back to his old style, as well as that Whyte glass is totally China level now.

Congratz for the win and i hope Fury stays for AJ and Usyk, and then he can hang that gloves.

The two highest boxing IQs in the HW division. Two great fighters of their generation. I hope Usyk beats Joshua in the rematch and then Fury-Usyk happens. It's 50/50 for me.
