If I'd have to choose, I'd say Lomachenko. A generational talent whose entire life was dedicated to fighting.

Usyk is more skilled or at least Usyk has better ring iq. Lomachenko is just more flashy

Loma is by far the most skilled fighter in the game. He's a magician. The way he blends offence and defence gliding in and out of range landing with his own shots whilst making you miss yours is a thing of beauty.

I'm trying to find guys Usyk need to lose to just to match over the hill 12-loss Salidaddio & a green out-boxable Lopez and spank that a$$. The closest maybe an old over the hill Johnny Nelson we never really seen and he'd obviously dominate him, and Nelson is much more skilled and accomplished than Salido, and Gassiev who of course Usyk dominated and I think is better than Lopez.

I'm also trying to find who would match Joshua having 20 lbs on Usyk - more like 30 if we consider 210 as Usyk's most natural weight - but let's be extremely generous here and call 130 lbs Loma's natural weight and rather than facing someone like Canelo 30 lbs upwards, just match him with Spence at 145 - would he beat Spence let alone dominate?

Obviously not. Skill levels are different if one beats everyone on the road and one loses to old ppl. and young with you being the promotional headliner.

Who is going to be the first to tell this guy about fight weights vs weighin weights at heavyweight compared to other divisions? About relative weight differences, and scaling differences as you go up in weight? I suspect it might be a waste of time.

Kay I'll bite, Usyk a natural 200er fighting 255lbs or 1.28x heavier guys like Chisora, Loma's average pro weight is 130 lbs x 1.28 is 166,4 or fighting Canelo at SMW, does he beat him?

Personally I've always thought Usyk was slightly more rounded as a fighter but it's close. Loma's at his best when moving forward, cutting off the ring and pushing his opponent back, probably due to his very short reach. Usyk is better on the back foot but some might say Usyk is only good at that range but the Briedis fight showed he can stand in front and press an opponent too and he often ends up being the aggressor and pressing once his opponent has been broken down. So I'd say Uysk is more complete.

Loma can still make 126 but moved up in weight early for bigger fights. Percentages are generally more accurate but at lower weights, small percentage increases are bigger than at higher weights.

That being said, we are talking about skill. Both are fighting and competing against much bigger opponents. As a smaller fighter, Loma will appear to have a lot more agility, and his dance trained footwork is unparalleled.

Kind of on the fence, but I'd favour Loma if I had to make a decision.

So what happened to the Usyk-Joshua comparison where the difference was 20lb? Why are you now comparing Chisora to Canelo? Why is Usyk at 200lb now? Why are you so disingenuous?
