Just seen it too. Embarrassing. Also complaining Fury asking ref to stop it. Fury done that to safe him getting critically hurt or worse (same as when he fought Chisora).
He should be embarrassed with his performance.pretty much damage control now so the ppv heavyweight pudding riches roll on.
Same man who fouled Parker every round for 12 rounds and it went to close scores & saved by the bell at the end also. Very poor loser Whyte this time.
Come on @Aydamn come defend your boy tell us he is speaking truths and he was robbed....... Whyte is a fool after that interview. Zero credibility and a complete bum, why can no one ever accept getting beat by a better man. In recent times in high profile fights that weren't clearly robbery's i can only think of AJ who has never made excuses. When Fury got a draw against Wilder in a fight he clearly won he didn't winge about it once he went away regrouped and came back and took it to Wilder and knocked him out. AJ came back from Ruiz and stank the place out but still got the job done with no excuses. Also zero Excuses for loss to Usyk. Boxers need to stop all the BS and accept defeat like men, there has to be a winner and loser in most cases accept it and move on. Hit his head on the canvas from the push lol ffs didnt fall over from a bang on uppercut that knocked him into orbitttt. He was out on his feet Terri Harper style.
This is Whyte’s “toe Haye” moment but IMO even worse. Because Haye was emotional in the heat of the post-fight moment and also as pathetic an excuse it is, it is genuinely logical that his ability to explode into punches was inhibited by his foot injury.
As long as Fury promised not to throw a punch for 6 rounds, I would have equaled Whyte's contribution.
His comments are not far off as embarrassing as some of Wilder's. Fury could have easily have done what Povetkin did to Price and had a clean shot on a defenceless fighter. He chose to simply push him over than take the clean shot. He's clearly not a bright fella. He was blowing out of his backside and got knocked out by a single shot because he was blowing out of his backside....because he couldn't sustain the pace and intensity Fury set. He took him to deep waters (well, the mid rounds in Dillians case) and drowned him.
